Job duties:

Responding to daily inquiries from customers, responding to IT-related system troubles and inquiries
Perform remote hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution support when tickets are submitted to ticketing systems
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Has the ability to complete multiple at once
Demonstrate strong documentation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements:

High School Diploma Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing end-user support for Microsoft Cloud Technologies and network infrastructure
Experience troubleshooting of Windows desktop environment (networking, OS, Microsoft Office, PC hardware, printers)
Experience using automated helpdesk ticketing systems
Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 cloud services including Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory
Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) and Remote Monitoring Management Tools and device enrollment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms system (configuration, installation) preferred or other video-conferencing equipment

Facilitate communication with client stakeholders, internal and external project teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and functional team members to align goals, resources, and expectations
Work with leadership to improve current program management strategies, processes, tools, and techniques and advance lessons learned from challenges/barriers to successful execution

Requirements:

Aptitude to learn new technologies
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, and/or Information Technology 
Strong analytical, time management, collaboration, and communication skills
Must be able to manage multiple and competing priorities 
Forward thinkers familiar with the stages of project management and adept at working with teams of diverse professionals (e.g., Managers, Business Owners, and other Consultants)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, as well as other collaboration tools
